Geneseo man has been charged with dumping calf carcasses throughout Geneseo. David Vandeweert, 34, of 5413 Lima Road, Geneseo, was charged Friday with four counts of unlawful disposal of a dead animal, a violation of the state Agricultural Market Law. He also was charged by the SUNY Geneseo Public Safety Department with disorderly conduct and trespass, both violations under the state criminal law.
