Sentence: Cicci was sentenced to three years probation for violating New York State Agricultural and Market Law Article 26 for animal cruelty for allowing Anna, a horse he purchased in December 2003, to starve to death. In addition to three years probation, Cicci must perform 160 hours of community service, restitution for 48 hours of care and he's prohibited from owning animals during his probation.
