Sentence: On June 5, 03 Mr. Meehan agreed to be "found" guilty of Cruelty to Animals and Violation of Owner's Duties in the case of Patches the Beagle. Mr. Meehan was sentenced to 2 years of court supervision, restitution to Belleville Area Humane Society of $2140.61 and relinquishment of Patches to BAHS for immediate placement into a new "safe" home.
