Mary McBride, 29, of 6535 S.E. 166th Ave., was arraigned in court on June 12 on cruelty charges stemming from a May 4 removal of a dog in her care.

Authorities said the adult pit bull was found to be emaciated and suffering from an "extreme" skin infection
