Bryan Mitchell Sharp, 22, has had one count of cruelty to animals filed against him for allegedly killing and mutilating his girlfriend's three pet rats and 12-week old Siamese kitten.

Angela Sladkey, 19, claims her animals were all alive when she left her home and that Sharp was the only person in the residence.

Sharp has been released from the Wagoner County jail on a $3,000 bond. He could not be reached for comment.

Animal cruelty is a felony which is punishable by one year in jail or a maximum of five years in prison.
