In Manchester, N.H., police want to know who stuffed 20 rabbits in a duffel bag and left it on the front steps of an apartment. The person who found the animals told officers someone knocked on the door and left. Four of the rabbits have since died.

The others, including many babies, are said to be in good health. A local city animal shelter is now caring for them.
