During the first week of November 2004, Gail Terry's 2 dogs were allegedly poisoned by her neighbors - Marvin Anthony and his 15 year old son Brian Anthony.  Marvin reportedly admitted to driving to Autozone in Gray, GA to specifically buy the antifreeze to poison the dogs. 

Marvin and his son Brian reportedly confessed in an interrogation room at the Jones County Sheriff's Department in front of a taped video camera.  He and his son were both charged with 2 felony counts of cruelty to animals.  According to the District Attorney of Jones County, the case will go before the grand jury in February 2005.

Marvin Anthony (the father) was indicted on two felony counts of animal cruelty by a grand jury on Monday, March 14, 2005. Brian Anthony is being prosecuted through the juvenile court system.
