Two men arrested for torturing a 6-week old puppy with BB gun under the state's Agriculture and Marketing Law.

Marcel Cobb, 18, owner of the puppy, and Alphonso Ferebee, 21, both of Wyandanch, were charged with torturing and shooting the puppy with a BB gun.

The puppy was treated at the Commack Animal Hospital and will be cared for by the county ASPCA.
