Andre Desame, 65, of 6417 NE First Pl., was charged with tying up a 15-month-old Dalmatian, hanging it by its neck or paws, and then beating it to death with a stick. According to police, he said he did it because the dog got into his back yard and killed two of his fighting cocks.
