On 11/4/04, 2 rabbit heads were found on the front lawn of 3817 and 3813 N 8th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85013. It was reported to the police by the home owners and to the Phoenix Humane Society. A Humane Society worker came out and collected the heads and said they appeared to be "cut" off.  No other body parts were found.
