A Florida man has been arrested for allegedly eating a cat's tail.  Police say 45 year old Thomas Ritchey, a resident in a facility for the mentally ill, cut off a cat's tail with a pair of scissors, and then ate it. Ritchey was promptly arrested, and now faces felony animal cruelty charges. Officials from the "Dixie Lodge" facility, where he was staying.. say Ritchey he became angry with the cat.
