A man and woman are now facing criminal charges of animal abuse, following an alleged attack on a dog. Officers arrested Michael and Victoria Harlan over the weekend. Police say the two called a dog into their yard. They then allegedly kicked the animal and hit it with a metal pot.

Both are charged with cruelty to an animal.
