20-year-old Michael Sizemore was sentenced to almost 14 months in jail for a probation violation, which stemmed from animal cruelty charges. He was on 12 months' probation for driving on a suspended license. On December 12th, 2003 Sizemore was charged with 4 counts of animal cruelty for keeping starving cats and dogs locked inside his trailer. Four of the eight dogs found had to be euthanized by animal control. His ex-girlfriend, Geni Nichole Ely, was charged with 18 counts of animal cruelty for the same case, and will go to court in the matter in September.
