Defendent was observed trying to fight his dogs -�when the dogs refused the defendent proceeded to strike both dogs with a closed fist while holding them down with his knee. Animal Control Officer Hart arrived by request of the Morristown PD and found one of the dogs running loose in the neighborhood.

The dog was taken to the local animal shelter for protective custody and information was obtained from witnesses about the incident and on 12/16/04 Mr. Lindsay was arrested and charged with Cruelty, Running at large, and No Rabies Tag.
