Three days ago someone in the town of Wheaton, Minnesota shot a dog named Carly in the face.

Carly survived and has been adopted by a twin cities animal advocacy group. The veterinarian said that Carly amazingly had no neurological damage.

Whoever shot the dog remains a mystery.
