A 23-year-old man has been charged with animal cruelty after an incident in North Rockhampton last night. Around 11.45pm it is alleged the man killed two dogs at an address on Potts Street. The man has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty and one count of stealing. He is due to face Rockhampton Magistrates Court on January 19.
