A Bedford school band leader has been put on paid administrative leave and is out of jail on bond for mailing a severred raccoon's head to the Maple Heights High School principle during a 2 month long teachers' strike.

A group of community leaders called the act a hate crime.

Sullivan has been arrested for intimidation against a public official, which is a felony.
