Twelve cats were seized on Sept 14 from a tenant who was being evicted from the Wilshire Manor Apartments in north Arlington. The owner has since reclaimed one of the cats, but 10 others were put to sleep. One cat was still available for adoption at the Arlington animal shelter Friday.
