Sentence: Lantz along with his wife, plead guilty in February 2002 for conspiracy to violate the Lacey Act. The Lantz's own Lazy L Exotics.

Lantz was sentenced to 5 months in prison, 3 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $5000 to the Fish and Wildlife Foundation's Save the Tiger Fund.
