Chi Luu Linville was charged with solicitation of first-degree murder and was being held at Palm Beach County Jail after attempting to hire someone to kill the animal control officer in charge of the investigation on her hoarding case. She was arrested once in 1998 on a charge of biting another animal cruelty officer at her home.
