Sentence: Honorable Judge Jannuzzi sentenced Ms.Gail Schuneman to the following:

32 days in jail with 30 days suspended, that means she shall serve 2 days in the county jail. She also is to speak at 4, 4 H meetings and speak to the children about her lessons she has learned about this, and how to properly care for horses.
2 weeks community service at The Last Chance Ranch in Athens Ohio and learn the proper care of older, and pasture horses. This Ranch specializes in caring for older and neglected horses.

She must write a bibliography of her experience and prove to the court after returning back from this ranch that she has gotten an attitude adjustment as the judge put it, because he stated, to him, he was troubled by her own comments during the trial about her own horses could use some more groceries.
