Sentence: Plea agreement stipulated the following:

For Animal cruelty (2 counts), Failing to bury dead animal, selling cats without a license, keeping more than 4 adult cats: $1500 fine with $1400 suspended with 60 days of jail suspended for 2 years on the following conditions:

1. Waiver of 4th amendment rights to any property the defendant resides at for inspection by Animal Control at time of Animal Control choosing

2. Permitted to keep 4 cats and 1 dog that must be spayed/neutered within 30 days

3. Defendant prohibited from breeeding or selling animals in the City of Norfolk for life

On Failure to Perform Duties of ownership: $500 fine with $400 suspended conditioned on 2 years good behavior

On Failure to license and vaccinate (3 charges): $50 fine
