Tracy Parks, 45, of Fremont was sentenced to two concurrent 90-day jail sentences for domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor, and animal cruelty, a Class II misdemeanor. He also pleaded innocent to violating a protection order and attempted third-degree assault, both Class II misdemeanors, and disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct, both Class III misdemeanors. He requested a jury trial. A pretrial conference was set for Feb. 10.
