On January 4, 2006, a woman was driving on 610 South when she witnessed someone toss a puppy out the window of their car. The pup landed on the right side of the road, screaming in pain.
The woman stopped in the middle of the freeway and got out to get the puppy. The puppy had a strong odor of gasoline on him. She then drove the dog home where the woman's daughter drove the puppy to the vet clinic. The clinic examined the dog and said that he appeared to be ok, just shaken up. The daughter took the dog home and gave it a bath to remove the gasoline.
The puppy is approximately 6-8 weeks old and possibly a lab, chow mix.
