September 2003, investigators found an elderly woman's body decomposing in her home along with dozens of cats and dogs.  Her daughter is facing charges in the connection with the case. 39 year old Debra Price faces prison time for abuse of corpse, cruelty to animals and tampering with physical evidence. Autopsy reports revealed her mother, Mitsuko Price, died of natural causes. Police say Debra Price lived in the house as her mother's body rotted in a bath tub for two months. The woman has undergone an evaluation at the Big Spring mental hospital. Price is free after posting $15,000 bond. She faces up to a year in prison for each charge.
