Police tell us 18-year-old Robbert Buckley got into a fight with the dog's owner, Jodie Cooper, early Aug 6 morning. Cops say a few hours later, Buckley attacked Coopers dog, straddling it, and slitting its throat. Police say Buckley took off and left the dog at the corner of Cutler Street and Fifth Ave, and it died. Both men are facing charges tonight.
