A rural St. Charles Township man was arrested at a St. Charles home, accused of having sexual contact with a dog in the home's yard.
According to police, Noel Huecias, 37, of Tuscola Ave., was arrested in the morning. on the 1400 block of South 7th Street.
Huecias, who was in the neighborhood doing work for a resident, was seen walking up to a chain-link fence, exposing himself and allowing sexual contact with a dog in the fenced-in yard. At about 12:30 p.m., a St. Charles police officer saw Huecias jump the fence into the yard and again allow sexual contact with the dog.
The officer took Huecias into custody without incident.
The Kane County States Attorney's Office authorized charges of sexual contact with an animal, a Class 4 felony, and a count of criminal trespass to land, a misdemeanor.
