Someone deliberately cut both ears off a malnourished cat in Nanticoke, PA.

The Luzerne SPCA believes more than 1 person is involved in this case, as it would take 1 person to hold the cat down while the other cut the cat.

A similar animal cruetly case happened in Larksville, PA on June 6 2004.  It is possible that the perpetrators are the same individuals in both cases.
