Garcia was arrested and charged with animal cruelty, weapon and drug charges.
Police want to know why he had 25 pit bull terriers, a 3-foot-long alligator and a sea turtle in his home.
Police believe he was raising the dogs for fighting, but don't know why he had the alligator and turtle. The animals were found while police were searching the home on a warrant.
