Alleged: James Blue

James Blue was charged with animal cruelty for injuring a turtle, shattering part of it's shell and severley injuring one of the turtle's front legs. 

Animal control authorities say Blue threw a brick on the turtle, however Blue claimed that struct the turtle with a pole to protect his granddaughter.
