Alleged: Vincent Masur
A Laurel County man faces cruelty to animals charges after his pets were apparently found in bad shape.
Investigators were called out to a home south of London last week. The Sentinel Echo online reports that 44-year-old Vincent Masur was jailed after two puppies and five dogs were found hungry and diseased. Authorities say they found two dogs with their ribs visibly showing, two dogs without water, and none of the animals had food.
The two puppies, which were being kept inside the home, reportedly had mange and were also without food or water.

Note: Classifications and other fields should not be used to determine what specific charges the suspect is facing or was convicted of - they are for research and statistical purposes only. The case report and subsequent updates outline the specific charges. Charges referenced in the original case report may be modified throughout the course of the investigation or trial, so case updates, when available, should always be considered the most accurate reflection of charges.
