Police are seeking a person or people who shot a cat, which was euthanized as a result of the shooting, with a pellet gun last week outside its owner's Bucks County home, according to a news release.
At 7:30 p.m. on April 3, state police troopers responded to a residence in the 200 block of East Broad Street in Trumbauersville Borough for a report of animal cruelty, according to the release. The victim told police her cat had been shot in the back by what appeared to be a pellet gun.
The cat was euthanized due to its injuries.
