A Vermont man has been accused of putting duct tape on his roommate's dog and ripping it off, removing hair and skin from the animal.

Twenty-8-year-old Matthew Weeks of South Burlington was arrested and issued a citation Thursday for cruelty to animals.

Police say Weeks is accused of putting the tape on the roommate's Pomeranian.
