A London woman pleaded guilty to animal cruelty Thursday after a poodle was found starved to death.

Investigators from the London Humane Society found the dead dog, along with a second emaciated and dehydrated poodle, at a west London home in February.

The surviving dog was confined to a crate covered in feces and urine, said investigators. Evalina Perri is due back in court for sentencing in November.
