Abuser names unreleased

Two dogs, found starving on a property in Whitewright, rescued Friday by the SPCA of Texas.

After receiving a complaint about possible animal cruelty Thursday, Grayson County Sheriff's deputies say they found the two dogs, tied up in the middle of a field, with only two barrels for shelter, and no food or water.

They were taken to the animal care center in McKinney, where they'll be examined and cared for.

A custody hearing is set for next Friday.
