Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

The Federation of Animal Protection of Extremadura (Fepaex) has requested the cooperation of citizens to locate the head of the "barbaric castration" of a dog that probably caused his death.

Fepaex As reported in the press release, last February 11 was found the corpse of a dog on a farm in Malpartida de Plasencia (Cáceres). The animal was "mastiff cross labrador and white, male, not neutered microchipped and 'a la Extremadura', ie cut off his testicles with a knife and run."

The veterinary report reads that "the animal was found lying on the floor, dead with several signs that show us the cruelty to which he was subjected, suspected of killing," said Fepaex.

Specifically, the animal had "two incisions in the area to extract the testicles testicular no trace of surgical incisions have been performed by any veterinary professional, and there is no trace of suture material" and observed "a large necrosis of the entire area, wound infection. "

Also added that the dog shows signs of mutilation and kicking "that" may reflect the possible antemortem suffering and agony, "he says.

In this situation, the Federation of Animal Protection of Extremadura (Fepaex) filed a complaint with the Civil Guard Seprona Caceres, and seek "to find the owner of the poor animal to justice."

The federation believes that this dog "must be known in the area" because it was "huge and beautiful," and therefore "there are citizens in Malpartida de Plasencia who need to know who his responsible."

Therefore, Fepaex requested the cooperation of citizens to locate the author and that "this death be in vain" and to "eradicate these" barbaric castrations "of our region."

"Hopefully there are people sensitive to animal suffering in Malpartida de Plasencia and make contact with Fepaex to at least know who the master is and make justice.
