Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!

Regina was a stray dog waiting to be adopted in the Carcaixent Refuge (Spain). Late at night criminals entered the refuge and sexually abused and tortured her. She was found dead by refuge workers in the morning. The Humane Society demands that the council in Carcaixent (Spain) actively investigate and punish those responsible for this crime and also take the necessary steps to prevent animals from being mistreated like this in the future.

The case report and subsequent updates outline the specific charges.
