A Ceuta court has sentenced to three months in prison a 20-year-old man for a crime of animal abuse after he killed the dog of his mother, with whom he had a heated argument moments before throwing the animal against a wall.
According to reported judicial sources, the young man took his guilt in court and settled for a penalty of three months in prison, which is the minimum set by the Criminal Code for these cases.
The incident occurred yesterday in the neighborhood of HADU when the young began a heated argument with her mother inside the house and, in a moment of anger, slammed against the wall dog breed Yorkshire, which almost died in the event.
The mother herself went to the Civil Guard units, located next to the scene, giving part of what happened, after which he was arrested the young man, who remained inside the house
