Creating a website that promoted animal cruelty - (Pleasanton, CA - US) Crime Date: 10/29/2002

Case ReportThrough Their Eyes, The National Animal Abuse Registry became aware of a website called Crickets Eating Mice on January 6th 2003. On January 9th, 2003 we had it shut down.
The site showed video's of crickets fighting the mouse over several days with no food or water. Finally the mouse lays down in exhaustion and dies.
Our organization contacted the server, domain host, Yahoo and Rackshack to have the site removed. We also contacted the Attorney General's Office to have the site removed.
The address given was that of the web creators mothers address. She was very cooperative in giving us the cell phone number of the creator who is now living in Santa Barbara California. References
