Convicted: Hoarding - over 60 animals removed from property

Sentence: Under a plea agreement between District Judge David W. Mark, the humane society and the couple. Klinzing and Moore each would plead guilty to a summary offense and pay the appropriate fines. They were ordered to clean their property with weekly inspections conducted by the Humane Society. The couple would also have to relinquish their rights to all animals for adoption.

The couple did not, and have not, adhered to their agreement.
