He is a white male, six feet tall, 180 lbs with long black hair. He dresses in black gothic-style clothing, has blue eyes and is blind in the left eye. He wears dark glasses, even at night. This white male, known as Jason has mutilated hundreds of cats over a 4-year period in the Phoenix Arizona area. The police believe he is a leader of a coven of devil-worshipers and were closing in on him until he gave them the slip.
