Sentence: Ruff, a father of five, was fined $1,000 on a charge of resisting arrest, $750 suspended, conditional upon two years� good behavior. A sentence of 6 months in the Merrimack County House of Correction for breach of bail conditions was suspended until Nov. 16, 2006, conditional upon good behavior and counseling. Two charges of simple assault and another charge of breach of bail conditions were filed without a finding, conditional upon one year of good behavior.

Three unrelated animal control violations were also suspended conditional upon six months of good behavior and restitution to the affected neighbors.
