Sentence: Charles was put on 12 months probation, with 140 of a 180 day jail term suspended. He was also ordered to a total of $300 in court-related fees plus $100 to the Bannock Humane Society. He has to complete a Humane Society Intervention program, undergo alcohol counseling and psychological evaluations, and he can't have a pet while he's on probation.
