Sentence: David J. LeBlanc Jr. sentenced to five years in prison.

Aside from the five-year sentence, State District Judge Martin Coady ordered LeBlanc to pay restitution to the calf's owner; to undergo psychiatric evaluation; and to keep away from all animals.
