He's scheduled for arraignment on a felony animal-cruelty charge at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 19 in Monroe County Circuit Court Judge Luis Garcia's courtroom on Plantation Key. Mitchell, free on $2,000 bond, reportedly was unhappy Bubba wouldn't listen and took a steak from a dinner plate.
