Sentence: District Court Judge Shaem C.P. Spencer said he was convinced Sharps was a spectator at the dogfight.

Pervis Erashano Sharps Sr. received 18 months of supervised probation, was fined $500 and ordered to give $540 to county Animal Control to repay it for the care of two pit bulls injured in the Jan. 16, 2010, dogfight.
