Convicted: Neglecting horses

Sentence: Judge Harper ruled that Childers could not have horses on is property for a year. Childers also has to pay $1800 in court costs and fines. Judge Harper also gave Childers a chance to adopt two of the horses back if he provides a new home for the horses and pays the Humane Society roughly $1200 within 20 days.
