Sentence: After Rozier pleaded guilty to aggravated animal cruelty, acting Superior Court Judge Jim Garner sentenced her to five years probation, ordered her to pay $500 in fines and court surcharges. Garner gave prosecutors 30 days to tally any restitution Rozier should have to repay to cover the cost of the puppy’s care and euthanasia.
