Sentence: A 32-year-old woman who admitted to abandoning a mother cat and two kittens in her apartment - where they starved - along with trafficking crack, was sentenced to 73 days of time served Wednesday.

But Jamie Lee Frizell called it "crazy" that she was banned from owning, caring for or even living with an animal for five years.
