Dear Alison,

In partnership with the Virginia Animal Control Association, Pet-Abuse.com is pleased to announce the re- launch of ACOFunStop.com as the premiere site for animal care and control professionals from across the world to gather and share information on one of the most under-appreciated professions. With areas for Training, Animal Capture Methods, Legal Questions, and just plain FUN, this site will continue to be a major benefit for those in the Humane Law Enforcement community.

While some parts of the site are still being refined, we invite animal control and humane law enforcement officers to join us on the forums!

  • First Humane Society To Go Solar

The dogs, cats and rabbits that have temporary residence at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society enjoy comfortable winters thanks to heaters in each pet area. This year, the humane society will be able to offer a safe, abundant and secure energy source for the comfort of their animals.

The solar installation also means free energy and hot water to wash and dry the toys, blankets, and beds that provide comfort and enjoyment for the companion animals at RCHS. Solar heating harnesses the power of the sun to provide heat for hot water and space heating.
